To solve this challenge, The Mx Group branded a special service inside of MAVERICK — DCSNext® solutions. The DCSNext microsite provides insight and advice in many formats for the different personas who are in need of this service. Forms, buttons, links and prominent phone numbers make it easy to find information and enter a dialogue with MAVERICK. And visitors can read rich content, download white papers, live chat with experts and schedule consultations. All content was created to engage with buyers on their terms, with insights gleaned through voice of customer research.
