In their responses, many Mx employees specifically praised the management’s receptiveness to feedback and commitment to open communication. A bimonthly all-hands meeting keeps the entire company apprised of new business, company profitability and recent successes. At the end of the meeting, individual teams are given the opportunity to share their learnings from unique or challenging projects.
