Best and Brightest in the Nation for the 2nd Year in a Row
MX has once again been recognized by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) as one of the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® in the Nation! It’s the second year in a row that our B2B agency has received this national distinction, and the eighth consecutive year being recognized locally as one of the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in Chicago. The honor recognizes organizations that demonstrate exceptional human resource practices and an impressive commitment to their employees.

This year there were 3,400 nominations for this Best and Brightest program. The national winning companies were assessed by an independent research firm that reviewed a number of key measures such as compensation, benefits, employee development, diversity, recognition and retention, and work-life balance, relative to other nationally recognized winners. A unique aspect of the program is its assessment procedure, which provides employees with a third-party, anonymous survey to evaluate their employers and measure the authentic employee experience.
