Manheim, one of the world’s largest automotive auction companies, needed to generate awareness and drive downloads of their new Manheim Express app to beat out fierce competition. We created a strategic, multi-pronged campaign to drive the ultimate marketing trifecta: brand awareness, conversion and sales. The wildly successful “Cut the Waste, Keep Your Margins” campaign utilized messaging derived from dealer challenges stated during stakeholder research and included elements such as trade show materials, collateral and robust digital content. All were created to educate, nurture and convert car dealers into Manheim Express users. And convert they did! With 4X more app downloads and double the sales compared to the goal, the campaign exceeded all of Manheim’s expectations.
