We worked with a major pharmacy benefits management provider (PBM) to create an interactive analytics experience that lets prospects explore data in ways that matter to them. This is a crucial concept because PBMs use data in every decision to help insurance providers promote patient health and decrease costs. But despite data’s central importance, it’s often too dry or granular to interest prospects without context. We overcame this challenge by creating an interactive tool that allows users the chance to filter and search through real metrics from the PBM’s existing clients to estimate their own potential cost savings. The relevance and user experience of this tool worked wonders, with many prospects spending more than 45 minutes diving into data without needing help from a salesperson.
