Tempur Sealy needed to refresh its dimensional mail initiative to make a greater impact on its high-profile customers. We developed an interactive way to modify the mailer with the help of on-trend technology. Our team programmed Amazon Echo Dots® to take on Tempur Sealy’s messaging and to answer questions about its brand and products when the recipient interacted with it. We mailed these Echo Dots to high-profile targets and followed up to schedule appointments. The mailer made a lasting impression upon the intended audience and led to many new sales opportunities for Tempur Sealy.
