Grenzebach Glier and Associates (GG+A) is a leading international consultant to non-profit organizations and the foremost authority on fundraising best practices. Ten years ago, they developed a groundbreaking concept in donor wealth screening to optimize donor solicitation. They launched DonorScape, a software as a service web application that evaluates the giving capacity and giving inclinations of donors to identify the best philanthropic patrons.
Driving philanthropic management through data and software was visionary, but since its release, the user experience had fallen behind and site performance had not scaled with their client base. GG+A selected The Mx Group to remake this critical web application because of our unique combination of technical depth and business insight.
The Mx Group helped outline critical user experiences to guide design and drive feature prioritization, and re-flowed the UI to deliver value at a whole new level. The redesign represents their prestigious brand far more appropriately, and performance and stability improved dramatically. Strategic new features were introduced and the whole purpose of the product was refined and streamlined.
