To support its industrial control software solutions, GE wanted to take the leadership role in discussing current water management practices and how to improve them. Their goal was to gain grassroots support for smarter water control systems from municipal water managers, academics, elected officials and interested citizens.

To solve this challenge, we created the Our Water Counts social media campaign. Twitter is the cornerstone of the initiative, used to attract a broader audience to the website, videos and blog. Events like World Water Day help raise campaign awareness, and new reports, videos and events generate consistent new traffic through Twitter and YouTube.
