The Mx Group Announces New Equity Partners Three senior team members join executive leadership as part of long-term growth plan

BURR RIDGE, Ill. (September 10, 2014) — The Mx Group, a B2B digital marketing and sales optimization company, today announced the promotion of three senior team members to equity partners.

The new equity partners are:

• Tom Barg, Vice President and Executive Creative Director — Tom drives design and content services across all channels. He joined The Mx Group more than 13 years ago and has overseen the development of the agency’s branding and creative process, which has resulted in years of award-winning creative work.

• Kevin Coe, Vice President of Digital Development — A 20-year Mx veteran, Kevin leads the company’s web and software development practices. His team has created web strategies and built complex sites for numerous leading B2B organizations. As the only major B2B agency with full in-house software capabilities, The Mx Group develops market-facing desktop and mobile apps that help clients engage both their customers and their sales teams.

• Tim Cook, Vice President of Client Services — Tim directs the account services, media and traffic departments. Under his leadership, the team has refined the company’s strategic services, including adding core capabilities in PR, media management, market research and buyer persona development. Tim, who joined The Mx Group in 2008, brings 20 years of business-to-business marketing experience in both agency and client-side roles.
